Refund & Shipping Policy

Cancellation, refund, and delivery policies for our hookah rental services.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our availability:

  • Cancellation before arrival: Full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
  • No-show: If you do not arrive for your booked session, no refund will be issued.
  • Early departure: If you leave before your session time expires, no partial refund will be given.

To cancel your booking, please use the cancellation option in our app or contact us.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed as follows:

  • All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
  • If you experience a problem with your hookah, shisha flavour, or any aspect of our service, please inform our staff immediately during your visit. We will do our best to resolve the issue on the spot, including offering a replacement session if necessary.
  • If a service issue cannot be resolved during your visit, please contact us and we will assess the situation and process a refund where appropriate.

3. Service Issue Resolution

Your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn't right:

  • Notify our staff at MacNose Shortleft Cafe immediately.
  • We will address the issue — this may include replacing your hookah, changing your flavour, or offering a replacement session.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved on-site, please reach out to us and we will review and respond within 48 hours.

4. Shipping / Delivery Policy

All Things Hookah – Puff & Pass offers delivery for off-premises consumption within our service area. Delivery is available for coal, accessories, and other products purchased for takeaway use.

  • On-site hookah rentals are fulfilled at MacNose Shortleft Cafe — we set up the hookah at your table.
  • For off-premises delivery, place your order through our app or inquire at the cafe.
  • Delivery fees may apply depending on your location and order size.
  • Products listed on our website (coals, foil, shisha flavours) are available for in-store purchase or delivery where applicable.

5. Walk-In Rentals

We also welcome walk-in customers at MacNose Shortleft Cafe without a prior booking. Walk-in rentals are subject to hookah and table availability. Payment for walk-in rentals is taken at the venue.

6. Damage & Lost Items

Customers are responsible for the hookah equipment during their rental session. If a hookah or any component is damaged or lost, a replacement or repair fee may be charged. Our staff will assess any damage and inform you before any charges are applied.
